For customized recycled polyester beans, the standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces/style/color, with support for group orders of multiple colors of the same style.

Sampling time: 5–7 business days. 

Bulk production time: 15–25 business days. 

Delivery time is calculated from the date of sample confirmation.

The Customized Recycled Polyester Beanie Process Proceeds as Follows:

1. Tell us your customization requirements: quantity, color, logo position and process (embroidery/printing/woven label), packaging method.

2. Provide us your quotation, sample design, and estimated timeline based on your requirements.

3. After payment of the sampling fee, production will be arranged. Samples will be produced in 5–7 business days. Upon confirmation, the recycled material clothing sampling fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment.

4. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, production will be arranged, and goods will be shipped according to the agreed delivery date.

5. Full inspection before leaving the factory, providing a quality inspection report, shipping according to the agreed method, and providing tracking number.
